Located in Wood County, OH, the Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Wood County Family and Consumer Sciences Educator to design, conduct and evaluate on-line and face to face educational programs on Diabetes management, health, and wellness. The Program Coordinator will also lead the Dining with Diabetes program for the county and answer clinical related questions from the Dining with Diabetes program participants. The Program Coordinator will also support behavior changes among program participants using motivational techniques, seek out grants, and assist with grant writing, serve as the Digital Steward for the FCS web page, and provide county coordination and leadership to FCS on-line engagement
