• Actively contribute to the strategic development of Croma-Pharma in the aesthetic business within the assigned territories
• Support, ensure and contribute to the successful development of our distribution partners in the CEE region
• Forecast management / plan achievement monitoring for the region
• Train our distribution partners and their sales teams
• Continuous performance management in the assigned region
• Selection and acquisition of further distribution partners where necessary
• Drive and ensure successful our new product launches in addition to their product portfolio
• Collect and develop together with the partners the marketing plans and monitor the implementation of the planned activities
• Actions in full compliance with the corporate processes

Your qualifications and skills

• Completed university degree (business studies or similar)
• A pro-active, passionate and ambitious sales person with commercial awareness and conclusion strength
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• At least 3 years of experience in international sales, with a proven sales track record in the CEE region, preferably for pharmaceutical, medical devices or cosmetics manufacturers
• Business fluent English
• Willingness to travel (20-30%)
• Strategic and conceptual thinking and analytical skill set
• You have a valid work-permit for Austria
• Please note that this position is located at our HQ in Austria. A fully remote option is not given

Your AssetGood knowledge of German and further foreign language knowledge commonly in use within the CEE region
Aesthetic industry experienceWe offer

• Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week – the minimum gross salary according to the KV is EUR 58.199,96 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
