• Unterstützung und Beratung des Entwicklerteams für Leistungsmodule und Aufbau des Kern-Know-hows für das Design von Leistungsmodulen mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Sintern
• Einbringen von Inputs für die Industrialisierung in das Team
• Definition der kritischen Prozessschritte und Erstellung eines Ausführungsplans zur Minimierung von Risiken und Unterstützung eines sicheren Starts
• Aktive Unterstützung des Teams mit bewährten Verfahren und Erfahrungen
• Vorantreiben und Umsetzen von Designverbesserungen auf Basis von Erfahrung und Fachwissen
• Unterstützung bei der PFMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Definition und Anpassung bestehender Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsprozesse für das Design von Leistungsmodule

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor oder Master of Science in Engineering (vorzugsweise MSc oder PhD)
• Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fertigung/Industrialisierung von Hochspannungsleistungsmodule in großen Stückzahlen, idealerweise für die Automobilindustrie
• Fachwissen im Bereich Sintern von Leistungsmodulen auf SiC-Basis
• Solide Kenntnisse der automobilen Standardanforderungen an Leistungselektronik (IATF 16949)
• Erfahrung in Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (8D, 6Sigma, etc.) und Effizienzverbesserungssystemen (Lean, VSM, etc.)
• Erfahrung in der Serienentwicklung entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
• Fließend in Englisch

Zusätzliche Informationen:Das Bruttojahresgehalt (All-In) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 5.700 (14x/Jahr). Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
