Saïd Business School are recruiting for an Executive MBA Programme Manager – EMBA Programme Team, Executive Degree Programmes reporting to the Executive MBA Senior Programme Manager, Executive Degrees.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to take up a highly responsible role within the EMBA Programme Team. The key areas of responsibility are to provide comprehensive project management to assure the quality of the delivery of Oxford Saïd’s EMBA.

You will play a key role in translating Oxford Saïd’s strategy into operational outcomes, collaborating with stakeholders internally (e.g. Programme Directors, Faculty, Business Development, Admissions, Careers, Examinations, Facilities, Alumni Relations, etc.) and externally (alumni, scholarship funders, and external guest speakers) to ensure the quality of the World-Class student experience.

You will also provide expert advice and guidance on decisions affecting the EMBA programme, to fellow administrators and faculty, particularly Programme Directors, and faculty teaching on EMBA.

To be considered for this role you will need to:

Show you have successful experience of project or event management in a higher education or professional environment, with the ability to work to tight and frequently changing priorities and deadlines, without compromising quality.

Need to have superior customer service skills and professional manner and demonstrable experience of working effectively and authoritatively with clients or customers, cross-culturally, to ensure satisfaction and resolution of concerns, in a calm and effective manner.

Be able to interface and communicate confidently and effectively with senior executive level course participants from diverse global industry backgrounds.

Demonstrate experience of managing budgets.
