Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Executive Assistant, Campus Services and Procurement, Administrative Division
to join Campus Services and Procurement, Administrative Division.
The Executive Assistant provides executive support to the Director, Campus Services and Procurement including high level administration support, and planning and advice.

About the Administrative Division
Administrative Division supports the governance and operations of the University, including planning and quality, facilities and services for students and staff. The Administrative Division is led by the Vice-President (Administration) and University Registrar.
About the Department
Campus Services and Procurement is responsible for a range of campus services to support the activities of the university.
The department comprises the following areas:
• Integrated Transport Services
• Commercial and Retail Operations
• Estate Planning
• QUT Bookshop
• Security and Emergency Management
• Strategic Procurement
• Travel
What you need to succeed
Your expertise and initiative, combined with your ability to work as an excellent team player will be vital to your success in this role.
You will demonstrate:
1. Education, training or relevant experience equivalent to completion of an associate diploma with at least two (2) years’ subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education training.
2. High level interpersonal skills with the ability to provide confidential executive support with proven ability to collaborate and communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
3. Demonstrated digital literacy skills including ability to effectively work with Microsoft suite of products as well as corporate systems and other information sources to extract and interpret data.
4. Demonstrated ability to use initiative to solve problems, manage priorities to meet deadlines, and work productively within a team to support a wide range of stakeholders internally, nationally and internationally.
5. Demonstrated high level written communication skills including the ability to draft memoranda, meeting agendas and minutes, correspondence, submissions and emails with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. High level ability to manage time and tasks effectively including prioritising work, meeting deadlines and balancing competing demands as well as the ability to work effectively with limited supervision.

Remuneration: $83,609 to $94,271 pa (full-time equivalent) (HEW5) (inclusive of $70,650 to $79,660 salary pa full-time equivalent, 17% superannuation, and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
