Our Vice-President (Campus Infrastructure and Services) leads a fascinating portfolio, charged with the successful activation of Monash University as a vibrant place to study, live and visit.

This Vice-President is seeking a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support for this busy portfolio. You will be responsible for diary, email and general communications management as well as administrative tasks such as committee support, minutes/agendas and travel management. You will represent the Vice-President to internal and external stakeholders, acting as a knowledgeable and professional conduit.

About you

You are a highly experienced Executive Assistant, dedicated and passionate about your craft. You are highly organised and have a strong ability to organise others to perfection. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and can use these to forge strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and represent your executive in the best possible way.

You will be confident, with the maturity and resilience to remain calm and hold your own in challenging situations, but will also still have a friendly nature as it is important to engage and connect with others.
