The Opportunity
In your new role as the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective secretarial support to the dynamic and agile University Services leadership team. You will support our leadership team in the day-to-day management of the office environment, produce high quality and uncompromised administrative outputs and identify and support service improvement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:
- Provide flexible and agile support which is responsive to the needs of the Leadership Team.
- Provide secretarial support and diary management to the Chief Executive and the extended Leadership team.
- Coordinate and manage their domestic and international travel arrangements, meetings, bookings, reservations, transportation, and planning.
- Maintain staff distribution lists, intranet sites, events planning and support, and coordinating communications.
- Coordination of all office environments supporting University Services staff with their day-to-day office needs.
- Undertake finance processing, purchase ordering, budget monitoring, staff recruitment and approvals processes.
Your Application
To be successful in the role, your application will need to demonstrate;
- Completion of a relevant qualification or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience.
- Knowledge and experience working in a fast-paced office, working in a team environment supporting administrative staff.
- Highly developed computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Ability to manage complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long term projects with the urgency of day to day demands.
Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 5 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $96,794 comprising base salary within the range of $74,080 to $82,730 plus 17% superannuation.
