Job Description: We are seeking an Event Specialist with a focus on the tech and IT sectors to assist with the execution of corporate events. This role involves researching, organizing, and supporting our participation in industry events and sponsorships. The ideal candidate will have experience in event logistics, a strong understanding of technology-related events, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities: * Research relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and events in the tech and IT sectors. * Assist with event logistics, including registrations, booth setups, vendor management, and travel coordination. * Support the development of event materials and ensure the proper alignment of our brand and messaging. * Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure event goals are met and support lead-generation initiatives. * Track event performance and assist in post-event analysis to improve future participation. Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably within tech or corporate sectors. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing event logistics. * Familiarity with tech or IT industry events is a plus. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team
