• Participating in the customization and technical support of the ERP system, including troubleshooting and module support.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges, conduct system tests, quality controls, and identify optimization potentials.
• Assisting in training activities, documentation creation, and user onboarding for efficient use of ERP systems.
• Involvement in the development, maintenance of system integrations, data migrations, and staying updated on ERP trends and best practices.
• Supporting IT-related activities in projects and initiatives as needed.

• English
• German

Education
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience
Previous experience or internship in the administration or technical support of ERP systems is advantageous.Required skills and competencies

• Knowledge of ERP software such as Deltek Maconomy, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English language skills for international collaboration with colleagues.
