We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be an integral part of our sales department, helping to support and streamline the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team to assist in driving sales initiatives, managing customer interactions, and ensuring client satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
• Help manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Track and report sales performance and progress towards goals.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
