Normal Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Summary: The Enterprise Operations Support Assistant, under moderate supervision, performs customer service and administrative duties with some variety and complexity for Enterprise Operations. Typical duties include servicing customers at the front counter, receiving and screening telephone calls, providing a wide variety of information to customers, compiling data and preparing reports, maintaining inventory, and acting as a liaison to other departments.

Additional Department Summary: The Sign Shop Customer Service Representative greets customers in person and corresponds by email and phone to gather details of jobs, production requirements, and scheduling. Purchase materials, products, and supplies for staff and supervisors with P-card. Works with off campus vendors to coordinate orders and delivery. Works with staff to enter orders into MIS and track as necessary. Reconciles P-card monthly. Shares responsibility for cash register operation and balancing.

Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the area of general office, customer service, data entry or other related experience; OR completion of post-secondary school training in office administration, secretarial science or other relevant field and one year of related experience; OR Bachelor’s degree.

Skills and Knowledge: Great customer service skills. Proficient computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the signage and/or promotional item industry.
