Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Final Assembly Engineering (FAE) Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Engineering Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead project planning and execution at Toyota’s North American Manufacturing Companies and support local assembly process & equipment development and their standardization.

The person in this role will support the Final Assembly Engineering (FAE) department’s objective to study vehicle change points and plan future model activities across Toyota’s North American Manufacturing Companies.

What you’ll be doing

60% – Project Planning and execution for vehicle model changes

30% – Simultaneous Engineering (SE) for assembly of vehicles with TMC & TTC counterpart groups

10% – Standardization and development of local assembly process & equipment

Maintaining close collaboration between both internal and external groups across Toyota including NAMCs, TMC, PE support shops to execute projects.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable education with additional work experience is required

1+ or more years of relevant work experience.

1+ or more years of experience directly working in Toyota Production Engineering (TMNA)

Ability to travel up to 10% to all NA NAMCs as well as Japan

1 + or more years experience with project management for new model development from planning to SOP

1+ or more years experience with process equipment introductions and modifications

PEO eligibility (Y/N)

Added bonus if you have

2+ or more years of relevant experience working directly in Toyota Final Assembly Engineering

Experience in Simultaneous Engineering for new model launches
