Job SummaryWe are looking for an Automotive Machinist to join our successful family owned business of 33 years. We’ve expanded our facility another 15,000 square feet, and need another great machinist to join our amazing crew.As an machinist, you will be responsible for disassembly of engines, cleaning and inspecting engines, and running multiple different machines in the shop. We understands not many machinist have worked with our specific machines, so fully expect to train employees in these different operations, and we will provide that. You will need to have some experince with different measuring tools, but again, we can train you on our tools as well if needed. For most disassembly work, we will provide a tool box for that work, so you don’t need to worry about that. We are the most well equipped shop in the state of Utah, so really anything you need we’ll have. We have very experienced people here, so you will be in good hands to learn and grow in the different operations we have.We really needs someone to join our expanding shop and add to our team. Responsibilities

  • Use your expertise to aid our machine shop in the process of building/machining engines
  • Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Learn and operate multiple machines

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of prior machine shop experience, or previous schooling is preferred
  • AERA certification provides additional increase in pay

Compensation: $60,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
