About You
The Industry Engagement Senior Coordinator will provide high-level strategic support for the development of Industry Engagement Strategy. Working with industry partners, academic staff and other members of the WIL and Engagement portfolio, this role will also drive the strategic creation of bespoke relationships with industry partners to ensure the creation of new WIL and other engagement opportunities across the College.

The Industry Engagement Senior Coordinator will provide input into Engagement reporting to support decision-making by College senior staff.

To be successful in this position,  you’ll have as a minimum:

  • Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with the ability to work collegiately with academic and professional staff, students, and external clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to support, motivate, develop and influence a team with on operational focus to deliver a high level of customer service in a client-focused environment.              
  • Extensive experience in developing and enacting strategic business plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and meet deadlines in a demanding high-volume environment with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • High-level of proficiency in computer software packages with accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to learn new technical skills.
