The Engagement Officer provides operational and marketing support to the Director: MOD. for the implementation of partner and large events and marketing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing brand guidelines, processes and stakeholders
  • Manage communications for general public and visitors
  • Design and deliver marketing campaigns and large events that support marketing strategies

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills, together with high level communication skills to enable working with a diverse range of people and cultures at a variety of levels
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience in supporting multiple projects within tight timelines
  • Highly developed skills across the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel and experience in using digital content management systems (CMS), social media scheduling and evaluation platforms, and design tools such as Canva
  • Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in a team-based work environment
