The Employer Engagement Manager, a new role within the Careers and Employability Service, will strategically develop, manage and lead the Service’s employer engagement related activities, linking employers with students within and alongside the curriculum.  These activities will contribute to meeting employability-related institutional targets and Key Performance Indicators.

Applicants should hold a degree or equivalent qualification and, ideally, a relevant professional qualification such as ILM or CIPD. Applicants must also have relevant experience in an employer engagement position and experience as a line manager.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 7, £43,414 – £51,805 per annum with placement according to qualifications and experience.
