You are tasked with defining, developing, and executing employer branding strategies that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating closely with teams from Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Communication, and Business Leaders, you gain insights into their needs and create proactive branding initiatives. These initiatives may include action plans, engaging content, social media presence, and targeted campaigns. Further: • Implement creative and innovative strategies to attract candidates, ensuring alignment with current market trends. • Identify key success factors to guarantee the company’s presence on the most effective platforms, events, and channels for engaging top talent. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and manage Austria’s employer branding strategy and budget. • Cultivate and sustain partnerships with universities, student associations, and industry networks to enhance recruitment efforts. • 3-5 years of experience running employee brand and engagement
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources/Business/Marketing/Communications or related field or relevant experience
• Required to have strong communication skills and be business fluent in German and English
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, network and influence relevant business stakeholders
• Strong end-to-end process thinking with experience to run branding projects
• Positive to have experience in the Austrian or German talent market including school and university network
