Job Summary: |
Join Central Human Resources as an Employee Relations Consultant for the Anschutz Medical Campus. This is role is open rank for entry, intermediate, senior, or principal professional. We are looking for a highly motivated, solutions-focused professional who will partner with campus stakeholders and consult on the performance management process, which includes communication and training. Key Responsibilities:
The Employee Relations and Performance team is a dedicated group of seven HR professionals who consult and provide expertise on a variety of employee relations topics across the entire Anschutz campus. This position is eligible for fully remote work for the foreseeable future. In the future, a hybrid work schedule, which consists of 2 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings, may be required. |

Qualifications: |
Minimum Qualifications: Entry A bachelor’s degree in public administration, public policy, business, higher education administration, social sciences, behavioral sciences or a directly related field from an accredited institution.* Intermediate
Senior
Principal Professional

Anticipated Salary Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range ) for this position has been established as Entry: $43,590 -$50,000 Intermediate: $47,437-$56,500 Senior: $51,283-$64,000 Principal: $58,975 – $70,000 The above salary range (or hiring range ) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
