Admissions Manager for the Executive MBA programme at Copenhagen Business School
Copenhagen Business School is looking for an Admissions Manager to be part of its Executive MBA programme team currently consisting of 4 members. The right person will join a diverse and international department of 16 fulltime individuals and 5 student helpers.
CBS offers 3 MBA programmes targeting 3 different segments. The profile of an Executive MBA programme participant is a highly experienced executive with an average age of 39 with 17 years of work experience and 8 years of managerial experience. Approximately 35% of a class are participants with a different nationality than Danish. The person we are looking for to become part of the Admissions team needs to match and meet this target group in background and abilities.
The Admissions Manager will be working closely together with the other Admissions and Recruitment responsible for the two yearly EMBA intakes and collaborate with other team members in the CBS MBA Programs area. Main responsibilities will include:
- Project and Process Management
- Database and CRM Management
- Coordination with Marketing and the Admissions Team
- Organize and present at EMBA Information events
- Organize and conduct webinars and other online meetings/fairs
- Screening and assessment of prospective students
- Administer admission test and assess candidates academic and leadership potential
- Communicate with Prospective Candidates and alumni including a systematic follow up process for all admissions contacts
- Stakeholder management including working with all other functions of the CBS MBA Team
- Some travel activities may be expected
The ideal candidate has an international profile and experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will also fulfill the following criteria:
- Masters Level Education (MBA would be considered an advantage)
- Experience with Project and Process Management
- Have:
- Analytical skills
- Proven sales record in the executive education industry
- Interviewing Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Candidate Assessment experience
- Communication skills (fluent in English – verbal and written. Danish would be considered an advantage)
- Experience with CMS and CRM systems

Employment and salary will be in accordance with the current agreement made by the Ministry of Finance and the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations with regulation and salary dependent on qualifications and experience. It is possible to negotiate personal allowances upon employment. The position is 37 hours a week.
Starting date: As soon as possible, latest 1 December.
