• First analysis of products returned from customers (symptom reproducibility, identification of potential root cause)
• Complaint management
• Management testing of new products before releasing them for mass production
• Work on continuous improvements of the product quality
• Support in communicating root cause analysis results, corrective and preventive measures to Project Managers or Key Account Managers

Responsibilities:

• Test planning and managing a test team
• Analysis of test results (log files) and deriving improvement measures.
• Report findings to R&D and Production Dpt.
• Creation of test sequences based on Python/other software tools
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of product quality
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of production processes and test procedures

QualificationsEducation:

• Technical degree in the field of electronics/communications engineering (HTL, FH, TU)

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company or testing department desired
• Experience in creating electronic test sequences (Python ..)

Skills/Abilities:

• Good understanding of test and manufacturing processes for electronic devices
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English
• Ability to work in a team
• Independent and solution-oriented working style

Languages

• Able to communicate fluently in English in a business setting (verbal & written)
