Electron Microscopy Laboratory Coordinator

The position of Electron Microscopy Laboratory Coordinator is part of a multi-disciplinary team which focusses on investigating the pathogenesis of infectious disease in animal systems.
As the Electron Microscopy Laboratory Coordinator, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the electron microscopy laboratory at the Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness (ACDP) in Geelong. You will manage equipment, and provide supervision, training and mentoring of scientific users; ensuring compliance with microsecurity, health and safety, quality assurance and other standards.
The position is based in the high containment facility at the ACDP and requires adherence to microsecurity regulations. We are a linked laboratory to Microscopy Australia.
