Our Scarborough client, a leading manufacturer of industrial metal detection and inspection equipment, is looking for a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their growing production team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of industrial testing equipment.
- Assemble components and products using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.
- Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments.
- Install pneumatic, hydraulic, and material handling components.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of assembled equipment.
- Perform soldering and wiring as required.
- Assist with mechanical modifications and production support activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years of electro-mechanical or automated machinery assembly experience.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in electrical wiring and soldering.
- Ability to use electrical and electronic testing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical drawings, and schematics.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) standards.
- Experience assembling industrial equipment, machinery, or control systems
- Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or industrial assembly
Compensation and Hours:
- Pay rate: $20 per hour
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
