Summary of Job Duties:

This Electrician I is responsible for minor electrical renovations of campus space.  This position is also responsible for assisting with all problems and/or emergencies relating to facility issues on the UAMS Campus.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED plus one year of experience with electrical installations/maintenance.
  • Must be licensed as a Journeyman Electrician in accordance with ACA 17-28-304.
  • Must have a valid Arkansas Driver’s License with fewer than 12 points on Motor Vehicle Record.
