Intro We’re hiring educators with the passion to teach English to young learners using our innovative and communicative methodologies. Tasks As an EFL Teacher with the GET Academy, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of an exciting educational organisation. Duties include: Teach up to 28 units per week at projects across Austria, implementing our innovative, communicative method Motivate, engage and inspire your students Communicate with your Project Lead to ensure cohesive delivery of our immersive English projects Travel between campus and project locations Ensure integrity of project paperwork and administrative procedures Requirements The ideal candidate will be an native- level English speaker, hold a TEFL qualification and have experience that demonstrates both a genuine talent for working with children and teaching skills: TEFL qualification Minimum of 200 hours classroom experience. Experience using a communicative approach to language teaching Experience working with young learners Working rights for Europe is required Experience in a Summer Camp or Sports coaching setting is also desirable Successful candidates must complete a mandatory 4week training period before the contract begins. Benefits Salaries are calculated based on qualifications and relevant experience, starting from 1600 (euros) gross p/m based on a 30 hour per week contract.
