• Starting Pay: $20 per hour (pay increase to $23 per hour after 2 months)

• Training Schedule: Mon-Fri from 8:30am – 5pm (approx 4 weeks)

• POST Training: Mon-Fri from 9:30am-6pm

• Work From Home on Mondays and Fridays, Tuesday thru Thursday in office

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and resolve general account inquiries

• Follow standardized processes to complete transactions

• Document and report client feedback for process improvement efforts

This job is for you if you:

• Have strong communication and relationship management skills

What you’ll have:

• High School Diploma

• 1+ year of teaching experience

• Wired Internet – requires an internet speed test that meets 1Gbps download speed (1000mbps) and at least 30 Mbps upload speed
