| Position Overview | This position will be responsible for day-to-day activates assigned to them as well as problem resolution to support users within the UNT Health Science of Fort Worth. Assist with complex/problem solutions within the Classroom and Events Technology Support (CETS) projects to ensure high quality of AV/IT and customer service delivery across the HSC. |

| Preferred Qualifications | The preferred candidate will possess the following additional skills and abilities: Microsoft software, Apple software, computer hardware, basic audio-visual knowledge of televisions, projectors and sound systems. Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills. |

Job Duties
| o | Set up and strike equipment for classes, meetings and other events on campus. |

| o | Answer phones and email that come in to the CETS department mailbox in a timely manner. |

| o | Assist in-person customers with campus technology questions or requests for equipment. |
|---|
| o | Perform preventative maintenance on equipment – cleaning/replacing filters on projectors, inspecting equipment that is returned from check-out, replace damaged cables in classrooms, replace batteries in microphones and wireless presenters. |

| o | Provide technical support during events if requested. |
|---|
| o | Assist the Room Scheduling Office with corrections to requests. |
|---|
| o | Input Facilities work request on damaged or broken equipment in classrooms or conference rooms that are not technology related. |

| o | Maintain current list of CETS inventory in classrooms and in storage area. |

| o | Operate cameras and/or production switch board during live streaming events. |

| o | Input tickets into Service Now once service is completed. |
|---|
| o | Assist faculty/staff/students with basic classroom/conference room AV training. |

| o | AV installations in classrooms, conference rooms and office space around campus. |
