New hires are required to provide documentation showing primary vaccination status (that is, completion of two shots of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or one shot of the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson) before their first day of work. If a new hire’s vaccination is not complete or information is not received by their start date, the first day of work will be delayed. It is possible in some cases that an offer of employment may be withdrawn.

The SCHOOL OF ELECTRICAL AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING at CORNELL UNIVERSITY, Ithaca, New York, invites applications for multiple tenure-track Faculty positions in all areas of electrical and computer engineering with special interest in materials and devices, plasma physics, digital VLSI, and computer architecture. Applicants must hold a doctorate in an appropriate field by the time their Faculty appointment would begin, must have demonstrated an ability to conduct outstanding research, and must show promise for excellence in teaching. Although we anticipate filling positions at the assistant professor level, applications at all levels will be considered; salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
