Position Summary
Performs allogeneic donor phlebotomy, automated apheresis procedures and draws samples for HLA tissue typing, serology retest and research projects. Works in both donor center and blood drive environments. Participates in quality assurance activities to continually ensure safety of the blood supply and provide the highest quality of service and care. Must maintain a high standard for conscientious, courteous, and enthusiastic service to internal and external customers, and the public in general. Consistently deliver service in a timely, accurate, professional, and friendly manner. Must demonstrate a high level of problem solving skills.
