The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc (UTFI) is seeking a highly motivated, personable professional to join our Donor Relations team located in Knoxville, TN. Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations, the Donor Experience Coordinator will work with the Communications and Donor Experience Team to provide support to the following colleges and areas (College of Architecture & Design, College of Communication & Information, College of Education, Health & Human Sciences, College of Law, College of Nursing, College of Social Work, and the Office of Gift Planning).
The Donor Experience Coordinator will support the Office of Gift Planning by managing data needs for marketing materials sent throughout the year. They will support the 6 colleges known as the Orange Team by providing project management support for stewardship and donor relations tasks within those units. This will include managing the Endowment Report and Scholarship Recipient Thank You Note process for the six colleges, assisting with connecting scholarship recipients with donors, finding creative ways to steward top donors, and identifying the needs of each unit and what can be done to support them toward their goals. Tasks will include reviewing data, merging files, editing content, assisting with events, and assembling materials. As well as working with many partners across campus to meet their needs.
This is a limited duration appointment (LDA) position for an initial appointment not to exceed twelve (12) months. This position may be reviewed for extension for an additional twelve (12) months contingent on funding of the project and satisfactory performance.
