The Department of Design Manufacturing and Engineering Management (DMEM ) provides a unique offering combining end-to-end multidisciplinary expertise from creative design, through engineering design, manufacturing and management of the entire product/system. Housing the UK’s Advanced forming Research Centre (AFRC ), part of the UK’s High Value Manufacturing Catapult, appointees would be expected to carry out fundamental research and work closely with industry and business in all aspects of research, teaching and knowledge exchange.
