Heidelberg Materials is looking for a qualified Dispatcher for our Regina, SK operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will focus on efficient and effective trucking dispatch, front line interface with our customers and company haulers.

What you’ll get to do

• Monitor and control dispatch and movement of our haulers

• Responsible for the efficient distribution of ready-mix product to ensure maximum efficiencies and customer service

• Prioritize customers to provide superior service

• Receive customer orders and schedule deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and transportation efficiencies

• Schedule trucks as required to meet customer orders while maintaining an efficient operation

Essential Experience and Skills

• Post-Secondary education preferred: certification, diploma or degree

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated customer service experience

• Aggregates, Ready mix and/or construction building materials sector experience would be beneficial

• Knowledge of Regina & surrounding areas

• Advanced communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Strong computer skills

• A strong team orientated personality who gets along well with people

• This role operates in an office setting. Located at our Regina, SK Office.
