Embassy Suites Sacramento is looking for a Full-Time Dishwasher to join their amazing team!Great working environment and plenty of options to move up within the hotel and company.Full availability to work weekdays, weekends, & holidays. Occasional overnight shifts may be required.The position pays $17 per hour + Benefits + Paid Time Off + Travel Discounts + 401K with Matching + and More!We were rated #1 for Best Companies to Work For in 2024!APPLY NOW!What will I be doing?As a Dishwasher, you would be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and serviceware in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean all chinaware, silverware and cooking utensils
• Scrub pots and pans
• Burnish, de-tarnish and polish silver
• Stock and maintain supplies and equipment
• Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash
• Transport and store clean serviceware
• Train other stewards, as needed
• Prepare and place clean serviceware for events and functions

What are we looking for?

• Previous stewarding/dishwashing experience preferred, but not required
• Open availability to work any day and shift
• Ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Due to the immediate nature of this opening, only local applicants will be considered; no relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is available
