| Job Summary | This position will join the Human Development Institute (HDI) RETAIN Kentucky grant. Major job responsibilities are to: Direct sustainability planning for statewide Return-to-Work Initiative; Serve as state Technical Assistance Liaison & Consult with Other RETAIN States and; provide Professional Development & Training. This position will advance the mission and strategic plan of the HDI through research, education and outreach. This position will contribute to a workplace in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person’s talents and strengths.
