Scope of Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management to the Department of Student Involvement and Leadership. Provide oversight to advising, risk mitigation, event planning, and the execution of educational and training opportunities based on learning outcomes. Establish and maintain effective collaborative working relationships with student leaders, staff, academic affairs, campus partners, alumni and external constituencies. Embrace and support diversity as part of the educational process.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Work requires communications and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a Master’s degree in student personnel, student development, higher education or other relevant discipline.
Experience
Five years of experience in student activities, college union or related OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE area with progressive levels of responsibilities.
