Every space exudes opulent design, from the grandeur of the halls to the intimate charm of the 152 rooms and suites.The Anantara Palais Hansen is located on the famous Ringstrasse, amidst palaces, theatres and world-class restaurants, and is the centre of the action.Job DescriptionThis is what your daily journey at the Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna Hotel will look like:You develop and implement the HR strategy including the People & Culture budget of the hotel and support the General Manager with your team in all HR related tasks and questions. You will ensure that all activities related to the recruitment and hiring of new talent, staff development, performance management and administration of all employees are compliant with company policies.You will oversee local policies and the administration of salaries, benefits and bonus programmes for all employees.You manage the communication of key messages, business strategies, vision and values to all employees. Together with your team, you promote all employee communication activities and channels to encourage and enable feedback from employees .QualificationsFocus on your uniqueness: You inspire us with the following qualities:
