Stanford University has an immediate opening for the Director for Inclusion, Belonging and Intergroup Communication (IBIC) to provide strategy, vision and direction regarding diversity, inclusion, belonging and equity (DIBE) objectives impacting students as part of the division of student affairs. We seek candidates who can support the vision, mission and values of the Division of Student Affairs , and support Our Most Important Work .

In this role you will liaise with senior management and cross-functional areas and work with critical stakeholders across campus to implement IBIC’s vision and strategy. We are looking for someone who will collaborate, engage, and support the development and delivery of DIBE education for students, staff and faculty, with a focus on creating and sustaining impactful DIBE engagements across campus. This role will serve as a key campus leader helping to advance intersectional racial and social justice. This position will manage and develop four full-time staff and report to the Assistant Vice Provost for the Centers for Equity, Community, and Leadership.
