Position Summary Information
| Objective | Works as a team lead on the along with the Dean and Director of Financial Aid. Ensures that processing for the team is compliant with state, federal, and institutional rules, efficient and effective. Hires and trains team members to provide students and parents with a qualify customer service. Manages the Financial Aid functions of loan processing, loading of FAFSAs, TASFAA students, financial aid email, chats, social media, and texting, financial aid awarding processes, professional judgments, internal and external scholarship awarding, athletic scholarship awards, Hazlewood, and VA educational benefit processing. |

Blinn College pays 100% of health insurance for full time employees, 50% for dependents, and two times your annual salary in life insurance benefits. Optional coverage’s can begin on your first active duty date. Leave time includes 96 hours vacation, 40 hours discretionary and 16 hours personal each year and 8 hours sick each month.
