Fast growing eCommerce boutique agency is seeking an experienced, witty, and creative Copywriter to develop direct-response video and image creatives for clients like AG1, Ritual Zero Proof etc. for META Ads.TasksIdentify, conceptualize and pitch unique marketing angles/mechanisms to use in graphic ad taglines, ad copy, and scripts (athletes, doctors, paid ad partners, high-level partnerships). Then, execute on approved concepts accordingly.Assist in pre-production, on-set and post-production of high-quality video shootsWrite Meta ad copy weekly per product assigned by the Content Director.Facilitate graphic ad projects from start to finish:Write taglines for graphic adsDevelop brief (if applicable) and assign graphic ads projects to graphic designers.Review, proof, edit graphic ads in collaboration with the graphic designersDevelop scripts and project briefs for athlete/doctor/paid ad partners and UGC creators.Collaborate with content coordinator to execute athlete/doctor/paid video ads.Develop scripts for high-production video shoots (athletes/doctors/high-level partnerships).Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product management to ensure copy aligns with campaign objectives and product messaging.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously refine and improve copy effectiveness.Quality Assurance: Review and edit copy for accuracy, grammar, clarity, and consistency.Requirements

• Excellent writing skills with a deep understanding of persuasive writing techniques and storytelling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for errors.
• Experience with e-commerce marketing a plus.
