Based in any capital city of Australia, you’ll have flexibility to work from home or from one of our state offices. In this full-time, six-month maximum term contract, you’ll work as a part of our Gifts in Wills team to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Direct Marketing Specialist (Gifts in Wills) plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether you’re leading initiatives in the Gifts in Wills program to create a lasting impact on our organisation’s future or strategically planning and coordinating direct marketing campaigns to drive acquisitions and conversions, you’ll be contributing to our mission to support children in Australia, the Pacific, and around the world.
You will make a difference by:
- Preparing strategic direct marketing plans and ensuring campaigns are successfully executed
- Driving the day to day development and implementation of our multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Managing data and executing digital marketing and direct mail activity
- Coordinating the telemarketing campaign for Gifts in Wills prospect acquisition and conversion
- Developing and growing our program through direct relationship management activities, working with the Supporter Relationships Specialist
- Applying fundraising best practice and insights to review and provide constructive feedback on campaign copy, creative and performance
