| Job Summary | Performs functions in support of cold food preparation, servery set up and replenishment, and customer food service. Performs general sanitation duties mainly in the dish room and pot & pan cleaning area. May be assigned sanitation procedures in related areas of dining hall including kitchen, servery, dining rooms, rest rooms and exteriors.

| Education/Skills Requirements | A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Applicants must be responsible and professional with good communication skills, able to function effectively during late-night hours, and enjoy interacting with college students and working in a fast-paced, fluid environment. |
| Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents | Some experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. |
| Standard Work Days and Hours | Various shifts available in morning, afternoon, and evening with flexible hours. Willing to work with candidates on their availability. |
