Summary/Objective
The Digital Recruitment and Enrollment Marketing Coordinator manages the execution of enrollment marketing campaigns for online and on campus graduate programs in conjunction with CAS Marketing and Communications team, and acts as the key liaison between the Graduate Enrollment Management (GEM) team, Graduate Program Directors, and CAS Marketing and Communications. The incumbent works closely with CAS Marketing and Communications to ensure and implement an effective marketing and enrollment strategy to support CAS graduate degree programs. The Coordinator reports to the Assistant Dean, Graduate Enrollment Management, College of Arts and Sciences and works closely with Assistant Dean, Communications and Outreach, College of Arts and Sciences.
Essential Functions
Marketing – Oversee all email marketing automation for CAS graduate enrollment. Make data driven recommendations to optimize enrollment marketing campaigns focusing on prospective students for all CAS graduate programs and certificates.
Communication – Develop new strategies to reach prospective students and manage Chat Bot. Partner with CAS Marketing and Communications and Assistant and Associate Deans to generate promotional one-off emails.
Data Acquisition and Analysis – In conjunction with the Director of Data Analytics, analyzes and presents key data driven admission to faculty. Define and execute purchase lists in consultation with Assistant Directors and Director of Data Analytics.
Recruitment – Partner with academic programs to help develop strategies for recruitment initiatives. Facilitate.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor, Director of Data Analytics, or Assistant Directors.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree

2-4 years of relevant experience in higher education or education marketing.
