Digital Project Manager

Your Responsibilities

What you’ll do

·         Responsible for the project design and delivery across business and clinical areas. Lead the development and implementation of digital projects to help the Trust meet its commitment to delivering the UHSFT clinical strategy and the wider implications in the NHS Long term plan. 

·         Design specifications for new software, liaising between clinical teams to capture requirements and relaying to developers/product specialists/suppliers working on service design 

·         Contribute to the clinical governance agenda by ensuring that all project deliverables meet guidance for clinical safety for healthcare software 

·         Where required deliver projects that cross organisational boundaries and impact on primary and community care delivery 

·         Represent project(s) internally and externally where required, through meetings, presentations, training sessions and workshops as appropriate 

·         Ensure accurate and timely project communications are maintained internally and externally 

·         Create strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders, users and software suppliers 

What we’re looking for

Someone with:

·         Previous Project Management role within the NHS

·         Significant knowledge of healthcare system configuration and NHS data definitions Evidence of leadership and practical IT implementation

·         Strong track record of successful project management 

·         Knowledge of Endoscopy Management and reporting systems
