This position will work in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a profound understanding of digital marketing strategies and possess the ability to both oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns. This ensures not only optimal performance but also alignment with our brand objectives.Essential Tasks

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital media advertising strategies to elevate brand awareness and generate targeted leads.
• Create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, including creating and managing ads, targeting audiences, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee and maintain current social media strategy across all school accounts.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and help identify and explore new marketing channels and opportunities.

Experience and Education:

• Five or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or advertising.
• Experience in a corporation-REQUIRED
• Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
• Three of more years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
• Experience with Meta and Google Ads, including creating and managing campaigns, targeting audiences, and analyzing performance data.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite.
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills with a passion for storytelling.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand skill set.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to complete projects on time.
• Great team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work with other departments.
• Experience with Supermetrics, WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite plus.

Salary: $65,000, Depending on Education and Experience.Why work for us?
