Tasks

• Work with stakeholders to understand all demand for digital delivery, prioritizing and scheduling based on the company’s goals.
• Ensure an accurate understanding of capacity & provide regular communication of the balance with demand.

• Define, implement, maintain tools and processes to support transparent communication of demand & its prioritization.
• Ensure coordination and clarity around demand while avoiding duplicate or conflicting projects from different sources.
• Manage the delivery of projects and enhancements, ensuring they meet the agreed requirements, deadlines & budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication & accountability.
• Continuously evaluate & improve processes for demand management, ensuring they best support the business requirements & digital delivery objectives.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in & prioritizing digital project delivery
• Experience with agile methodologies & project management tools, such as Azure DevOps/ Jira
• Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to think strategically to drive innovation & business growth
• Excellent communication skills

• Project management skills, able to plan, manage, & deliver projects with high quality, on time & within budget
• Analytical & problem-solving skills, able to understand complex problems while identifying & resolving the root causes
• Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
• Unrestricted work permit for Austria
