Digital Communications Specialist

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Knowledge of communications and web best practices
• Knowledge of web and email marketing tools and resources
• Skilled in CRM systems and/or other email automation tools
• Skilled in web editing and maintenance, especially through a CMS system
• Skilled in writing and copy editing
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Google applications such as Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.
• Ability to provide advice, guidance and training in relevant technical areas
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse individuals and groups and work successfully as a member of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multitask in a timely manner to meet deadlines
Typical Experience:
Minimum of one to two years of experience relevant to the position.
Required Education or Training:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, information technology, marketing, public relations, journalism, or related field.

Salary Information:

This is a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package . New hires will be placed on the UA staff salary schedule , Grade 78, based on education and experience.
