Do you have experience offering high quality careers advice and guidance to learners, or in recruiting and developing early careers talent? Are you ready to take on a senior leadership role in the Careers Team of one of the UK’s leading business schools? If you share our commitment to excellent service and enjoy working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, we would love to hear from you.
Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) is a quadruple-accredited, world-ranked school, consistently among the UK’s top 10. The service the LUMS Careers Team provides is central to the student experience and this role will be a crucial part of our service. The role is critical to maintaining and improving the employability element of our sector rankings and supports the continuation of our external accreditations.
You will lead a team of high performing careers professionals to design, deliver and assess innovative undergraduate careers education in the classroom and through e-learning, including responsibility for our highly regarded placement year offer and our engagement with employers which includes employer led workshops.
