·        3 year Executive Contract, full time

The University of New England (UNE), Armidale is a regionally based, globally networked university that is renowned for the quality of its student experience and the excellence of its research specialisations. About the role 

The Deputy Director reports to the Director, People and Culture and is a critical leadership role within the People & Culture Directorate. The Deputy Director supports the Director in the management and coordination of Talent Acquisition, Casual Management Workforce Unit, HR Services function and Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics. The Deputy Director will play an important role in the UNE Workforce Strategy and Analytics.  

The Deputy Director has the responsibility for strengthening the UNE’s shared services capability, through the design and development of policies, procedures and governance frameworks. The role will require a more strategic approach to driving increased performance and efficiency to enable a stronger client centric service culture.
