The Corporate Governance and Risk Office (CGRO) is responsible for managing the governance functions of the University, mainly by providing procedural advice and secretariat support to the Chancellor and the ANU Council, Council Committees, and the Academic Board. CGRO also manages ANU policy, delegations and the risk management framework (including the internal audit function). 

About the role

The ANU is seeking an experienced, energetic, and organised professional to provide high level corporate governance services to the University, the Council and its Committees. A combination of strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement is especially important in this role, as is leadership experience and an eye for detail.  Expertise in a governance, board, policy and/or risk management environment is essential, as are relevant formal qualifications.
