The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level 4 – $65,926 to $71,565 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Wagga Wagga

As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for providing quality clinical and professional assistance and support to oral health clinicians, teaching staff and dentistry students to ensure a high level of patient care is delivered.

This role would suit an individual with sound dental assisting skills and understanding of infection control within the dental environment. You will also be a great team player and have a focus on the provision of quality patient care.

To be successful you will have:

  • Completion of Certificate III in Dental Assisting or at least 4 years’ demonstrated experience in dental assisting, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
  • High level communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with a range of individuals whilst maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Sound organisational skills and initiative.
