What to Expect:

You will be managing the end-to-end demand and supply planning processes for the Nestle Professional area of the business. From ensuring strong partnerships, to translating vision into practice, you will be leading change and applying a continuous improvement mindset to your work.

A day in the life:

As a Nestle Professional Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will manage the Supply Network of an assigned area by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives. You will maintain optimal stock cover; identify exceptions & monitor performance. You will also:

• Collaborate across teams to manage portfolios throughout their lifecycle (including product launches, packaging changes)

• Support Innovation teams by ensuring accurate short- and long-term forecasting in demand plans

• Manage and maintain forecast over the planning horizon. This includes generating and maintaining long range forecasts, combining incremental, impactors, and multiple data inputs

• Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimise costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location

• Apply big picture thinking to both demand and supply plans, ensuring consistent analysis and evaluation

• Bring a strong customer and business focus to ways of working

Role Requirements

• Proven ability to manage complex projects & diverse stakeholders

• Min 2. Years experience in Demand and Supply Planning

• Completed degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain or logistics

Preferred Skills

• Team player, with excellent communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge and understanding of food service industry and Consumer Packaged Goods

• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI,
